Sacramento Home Inventory Services' pricing is based on the size of the
job, and includes the visit to your home or office, all photographing and detailed
documentation of your property, all back-office production work to create your
Property Portfolio on CD ROM, personal hand delivery of your completed Property Portfolio to you, and secure archiving of your Property Portfolio.
We recommend that all items with a value greater than your insurance deductible be individually documented photographically and textually, but the final decision as to which items will be detailed is yours. This allows you to choose a Property Portfolio that best fits your budget and your current needs.
There are two components in your Property Portfolio:
Overview/Context Photos:
These are multiple-view, broad photos of the outside of your property and the insides of rooms which provide proof of ownership of items and their placement within the property.
Detailed Photographic & Textual Documentation Of Individual Items
Includes up to four photos of individual items of value, and textually documents details of these items including, but not limited to: item description, model number, serial number, date acquired/purchased, original purchase price, current value, and the condition of the item.

Compare these low fees with what you're paying every year for Homeowner's, Renter's or Business Insurance - our services provide real value to our Clients, especially when you consider that your insurance company will not honor your claim without your proof of ownership.
As with any service provider (Appraisers, Inspectors, etc), payment in full is due when we visit your property to document your inventory and take the necessary photographs.
We accept Cash, Personal Checks & Business Checks.
For security & fraud prevention purposes, we do not accept Credit Card payments.
Your completed Personal Property Portfolio CD ROM will be personally hand-delivered to you
7-10 days following completion of our visit to your property.
